The Wilson station is located near the center of the District, located off of Highway 78 in the Wilson Creek community. It the closest station to the popular Hemingway Butte recreation area as well as Dan’s Ferry and Walter’s Ferry river entrances. Fire and EMS meetings are held in the adjacent old school building on the third and fourth Tuesday of each month, respectively. Expansion is planned for the Wilson station to allow the more recent trucks to be parked in it as well as the original trucks.
